A. Yes. The good news is it's free for a minor modification or customization. For a major one, another charging would apply. We can negotiate :D. Just feel free to contact us.
Q. Do you offer further support? What kind of support?
A. We provide assist support for all the product you buy. Please note, this is like a consultation. We only assist, not code or change the product.
Q. Do i have to pay later when there's a newer version of the product ?
A. You don't have to pay for it. Upgrade to newer version is free as long as it's not a rebrand product.
Q. How do i know if the upgrade or bug fix to the product i bought is available??
A. We will inform you via email or post via our twitter. It's recommended if you follow our twitter or facebook page for latest info about our products.

Q. How to purchase in moolus site?
A. Here is the steps:
- Add to cart product you want to buy.
- View cart and do check out from there.
- Login or register if you don't have an account in our site before.
- Pay with Paypal. For zero price transaction, it would be automatically set to Free Checkout and no cent to pay.
- After we confirm your payment, you can download your product.
Q. I've paid with paypal and completed the checkout process, but i'm lost where to download?
A. For security reason, every purchase order will be hold or set as status pending untill we check the payment confirmation from paypal. We then afterward mark the order status manually to complete and activate your download page. Login to our site and go to account page. You should see a download link to your product.

Q. Does moolus accept payment other than paypal?
A. Not right now.
Q. How to get moolus coupon?
A. We will send random coupon every month to choosen clients. Including our clients who bought our free product. And sometimes, we will post them via twitter and facebook page
